8 oz. coffee w/ sugar & non-dairy creamer
1 pack of Apples & Cinnamon oatmeal
1/2 banana
Lunch (7)
2 cups salad
1/3 cup chicken, diced
1 hard boiled egg
1 slice turkey bacon
2 Tbsp. light ranch dressing
Dinner (9)
1 cup tomato soup
1 cheese quesadilla (made with 1 whole wheat tortilla, 1/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese, & 2 tsp. light sour cream)
Evening Snack (5)
8 oz. coffee w/ creamer & sugar
1 slice whole wheat toast
1 Tbsp. peanut butter
I drank a lot of water today, like 120 oz. It may have been a little too much, but my allergies were ferocious and it soothed my throat.
