Food Journal - Day 7

Breakfast (5)
1 pack Apples & Cinnamon oatmeal
3 egg whites
8 oz. coffee
2 Tbsp. non-dairy creamer
2 tsp. sugar

Lunch (7)
2 turkey tacos (with lettuce, tomato, and 2 Tbsp. light sourcream)

Dinner (10)
Pork chop
1/2 cup mashed potatoes
1 cup salad
2 Tbsp. light Ceasar dressing

Evening Snack (4)
8 oz. coffee
2 Tbsp. creamer
2 tsp. sugar
1 small apple
1 Weight Watcher's yogurt

26 points were required, 26 used. I also drank 8 glasses of water.
