A new pattern for all of the Who lovers out there...

I love Doctor Who. I always have. Since I was 3 years old and curled up in my father's black leather LaZBoy recliner (hey, it was the '70s...who was I to judge?) to watch with him on our local PBS station. While 10 will always be my doctor I found myself absolutely in love with the new Doctor Who logo for 11. Cue a nasty little horned pattern muse who remained on my back until I wrote out a pattern.

It's a dishcloth, which I use as a dustrag on my husband's huge mambajamba television so that I can see the Doctor through the dust bunnies. Quite poetic, dontcha think?

Okay, here it is. Free to use, but please don't sell anything that you make from this pattern. I didn't design the logo, just improvised it. You didn't improvise the logo, just knit it. So be fair...and do the right thing. Enjoy!

would you be able to tell me the finished dimensions of the cloth?

thanks,Q

Sure, QuallieQ! Depending on your gauge the finished cloth should be a 10"-12" square.

oooh, I love this pattern EXCEPT

It took until the directionality of the instructions showed up in the knitting (about row 33) to realize that as a lefty knitter, I was making it in mirror image....

Frogged and started again, reading from right to left instead.

But, hey, thank you!
